Introducing the Tokyo 2025 Deaflympics emblem

Based on the concept of a “circle” representing the connection between people, the emblem uses the “hand”, a representative symbol of the Deaf community, to express the fact that through the Deaflympics, people will be exposed to competitions and topics, and that beyond the “circle” of mutual interaction and community connections, new future flowers will bloom. The flower motif on the thumb is based on the petals of a cherry blossom.
